Refund & Return Policy

At Nalam Oil Organic, we take great pride in providing high-quality cold-pressed organic oils. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we are happy to assist you.

We follow a 7 days return policy. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us with your order details.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

Product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered
Wrong product delivered
Product received in defective condition
Product is expired at the time of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products (unless the product is defective)
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at admin@nalamoilorganic.com with your order number and reason for return
Attach clear photographs/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
Our team will review and approve the request
Once approved, we will process the replacement or return procedure

4. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Approved exchanges and replacements for damaged or incorrect products will be processed and delivered within 7 business days.

We currently do not offer exchanges for personal preferences or change of mind. Replacement is applicable only for eligible cases mentioned in this policy.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI / Card / Net Banking).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused due to an error from our side.
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer. Customers may need to provide bank details.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
