Refund & Return Policy

At Nalam Oil Organic, we take great pride in the quality of our cold-pressed organic oils. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products (unless proven defective)
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Products returned beyond 7 days of delivery
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at admin@nalamoilorganic.com with your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions
- Approved returns must be sent to our address. Return shipping is at your cost unless the error is ours
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — please provide your bank details
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel your order, email us immediately at admin@nalamoilorganic.com with your order number.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
