Nalam Oil Organic is committed to delivering your cold-pressed organic oils safely and promptly across India. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle delivery.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options. Please enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During peak seasons or festivals, processing may take up to 3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499
- Flat shipping fee of ₹60 on orders below ₹499
- Shipping charges for certain remote PIN codes may vary and will be shown at checkout
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on our courier partner’s website.
6. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@nalamoilorganic.com
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy
7. Failed or Missed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:
- Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts
- After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery requests
